Shook, Hardy & Bacon (SHB) invested in smartphone technology to improve the overall productivity of its attorneys. The ability to have always-on access to client emails, court case details, and time & expense forms enables attorneys to work productively and bill for work performed, even while away from the computer.

Unfortunately, the help desk became inundated with attorneys’ calls about BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, and iPhone device problems. This meant literally hours of lost billable revenue.
