In an era filled with incredible technologies, business increasingly deland resources to make better informed decisions. That demand applies doubly to talent acquisition software, as companies want to do a better job as attracting and employing the talent they need to succedd. Surprisingly though, a majority of organizations have regressed in their talent acquisition efforts.

Many companies have a reactionary recruitment approach, wherein they only source and hire when there are open job requisitions, instead of actively looking for new talent all the time. This is counterproductive, since today's candidates typically research the organization regularly over a long period of time before they even decide to apply for a job. Reactionary recruitment is no longer good enough for brining in the most sought-after talent.
