HP Software commissioned King Research to interview customers who have purchased and deployed HP Business Service Automation solutions to get input on the actual benefits received.
King Research conducted 12 in-depth telephone interviews with existing HP customers using Business Service Automation products during the spring of 2008. This report is a summary of those conversations.
All content of this paper is based on the input from those telephone interviews. All quotes were directly made by customers, although some have been edited slightly for grammar and readability.
HP secured the participation of customers for the interviews and then passed their contact information to King Research. HP did not participate in the interviews and did not offer any input into this report except to clarify product functionality.
