Today, they have to deal with many challenges, of which keeping the lights on in their datacentre alone is a daunting task in itself. In addition, they face rapid changes both in technology and business, forcing them to make choices fast, sometimes without knowing what the real consequences are. Moreover, there is a lot of pressure on the IT manager from the business to innovate and offer flexible services to end-users.
