Technology’s Growing Role In Workforce Engagement

The workforce is changing rapidly. This exclusive Harvard Business Review report found that 86% of executives believe technology has a greater impact on employee engagement today than it did three years ago. Furthermore, they expect IT, HR and facilities teams to work together more in the next three years to deliver Office of the Future experiences. These will be based on collaborative, automated digital workspaces with tools that are as easy to use as consumer products.

However, businesses don’t need bleeding-edge technologies to attract and retain talent. They just need the right technologies, executives say. So, by combining technology, culture and physical space, valuing the employee experience, and enabling work from multiple places, businesses can prepare themselves well for the Office of the Future.
